Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of an order being placed. Our shipping partners make successful deliveries the vast majority of the time, however order can be lost in transit. Order is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 consecutive days without tracking update, we cannot take actions until the 15 days has passed. After 15 days we can file a claim and at that time we will be able to send a replacement. If order is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to the correct address. We can’t take responsibility for any lost orders if the incorrect address is provided at the time of checkout.
